Terms and Conditions & Bookings...
Before leaving your pet with us we require you to agree to our terms and conditions which are outlined below:
1) Your pet must in good health on arrival (we will turn away sick or pregnant animals).
2) We pride ourselves on our strict vaccination requirements, although we turn a lot of new customers away, it is a way to ensure we have
the healthiest bunnies stay with us. There are no current vaccinations for guinea pigs but rabbits are required to have vaccinations
against Myxomatosis & VHD when boarding at the lodge.
3) If the animal becomes sick in our care we either attend our vets or yours if your vet is local.
4) By signing this you agree to pay any vet fees incurred for your pet.
5) Payments is due on arrival at the lodge.
6) If you do not pick your pet on the arranged date then we try to contact you to find out why. If 14 days after the arranged pick up date you still haven’t collected your pet we reserve the right to re-home it.
7) You should be made aware that there are currently no licensing or regulations on small animal boarders. Therefore you leave you pet at
your own risk.
